Great Road Farm
Great Road Farm is certified organic and makes its home on 112 acres of beautiful, preserved farm land in Skillman, NJ. The farm proudly supplies us with the freshest seasonal, local ingredients.
Agricola is a community eatery that offers a fresh twist on rustic American dining. It’s where locally sourced foods are a cause for celebration. Every dish is crafted with inspired seasonal flavors, and our welcoming service and attention to unexpected detail provide a relaxed escape from the daily routine.
The Dinky Bar & Kitchen is a friendly, easygoing bar that offers craft beer, unique cocktails and small production wines, alongside ingredient-driven snacks and small plates. The Dinky is a comfortable gathering place where you will enjoy honest fare, good drink and great hospitality.
Cargot is a French inspired brasserie, designed to be vibrant, while also being familiar and relaxed. It's seasonally changing menu combines classic dishes with contemporary interpretations, served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. Whether enjoying your morning meal and a paper in the café, meeting an associate for lunch, or joining friends for a celebration or pre-show meal, Cargot is an exciting addition to Princeton University's Arts and Transit Neighborhood.
